When we arrive on time at your location the first thing we will do is Vacuum. Without vacuuming first were just making mud.

Drop cloths will be used to protect areas not being cleaned.

After vacuuming we do Pre Spotting. This is for spots that might not come out with just steam cleaning.

Before steam cleaning, all areas are Pre Treated. This gets the carpet fibers ready to be cleaned. We Pre Treat all areas, Not just where it looks dirty.

Most rooms take 15 - 25 minutes to Steam clean depending on size.

After cleaning the carpets, Air Movers will be used to speed drying. In most cases the room we clean first will be dry by the time we leave.

Tabs and blocks will be used to protect your furniture from damp carpets.

It all starts with Regular Vacuuming. Nothing will help your carpet last longer and look better.
- Rearranging your furniture a few times a year will help prevent excessive wear and tear on your high traffic areas.
- Use area rugs and carpet runners in heavy traffic areas.
- The longer a spot stays in your carpets, the more chance it will become permanent. Clean spills as soon as possible.
Be careful what store bought products you try on your carpets. Some can set the spot and make it very difficult to remove. In general, if the spot has color(red, green & blue) don't touch it.
